1. General Information 

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in My Anatomy Play School (MAPS) sessions. 

• By booking a session, you (the parent or carer) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such cases, the updated version will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the update.
• The word ‘session’/’class’/’event’ is used interchangeably to describe any MAPS event.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking confirms your place in the session, and payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your child’s participation. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

3. MAPS Passport

• Each child will receive a MAPS passport for free at their first MAPS event. They will be able to collect an attendance sticker for each session they attend and log this in their passport.
• If the passport is lost, we will charge £2.50 for a replacement. 
• If a child completes their MAPS passport by collecting enough attendance stickers to fill each allocated space, they can obtain another one free of charge.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Ticket Transfers 

4.1 Refunds: 

Once a booking is confirmed, sessions cannot usually be refunded. 

4.2 Cancellations

You can cancel the event yourself through the booking link up to 48 hours in advance. If there is less than 48 hours remaining until the event, please contact us by email at info@anatomyplayschool.co.uk.

4.3 Ticket Transfers:

• You can transfer your ticket to another event through the booking link up to 48 hours in advance. 
• If there is less than 48 hours until the event, please contact us by email at info@anatomyplayschool.co.uk. We may not be able to guarantee a transfer after this time but will review your request on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. 
• Please note, you will only be able to transfer your ticket to an event of the same or lower value. If the new ticket is of a lower value, you will not receive a refund for the price difference. If you wish to transfer to a ticket of higher value, please contact us by email at info@anatomyplayschool.co.uk.

5. Participation and Supervision

• Children must attend sessions accompanied by a parent or carer, who is responsible for their child’s conduct and safety throughout the session. 
• The parent or carer must ensure that their child follows all instructions provided by our staff and adheres to the rules of the activity group. 
• We reserve the right to remove any child from the session if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Liability

• We take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable environment; however, participation in the activity group is at your own risk. 
• We cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in our sessions. 
• By attending, you agree to indemnity and hold harmless the activity group, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your child’s participation.

7. Changes to the Program

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any session due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance. 
• In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to accommodate your booking. Where the ticket cannot be rescheduled i.e. due to availability of sessions or limitations on behalf of the attendee, we will offer a refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Any personal information provided during the booking process or participation will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. 
• By booking a session, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for administrative and communication purposes related to the activity group.

9. Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
